We recently moved to the area and were looking for someone to help redo and/or improve the landscaping at the house we just purchased. Someone from the nursery came put and looked at our property and was very informative and helpful. He was going to draw up a proposal but suggested we come look at the plants at the nursery to see what we liked. We did just that and again the gentlemen was very helpful and we were looking forward to getting the proposal from him.
This is where the 2 stars come in. Mind you I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 because the encounters we did have were pleasant. No one ever called back! My husband called and emailed the gentlemen to get an update and again no response.i believe it has been close to 2 months now and let's just say we will now look for another landscaper to help us. It is baffling to me that after all the time we spent with him he never followed up with us. Maybe the job was to large.. Which again makes no sense. We would have been a substantial customer for many years. Now once again looking for a good landscape company! One that actually wants our business!
