Terrible service. I called ahead to ask if they take links out of watches. The girls tells me yes then asks "is it a MK watch?". My answer was yes of course it is. She says it's no problem so I proceed to drive 20 minutes out of my way to go there.
When I get there I explain that I called and am there to get the links taken out. She takes one look at my watch and tells me they can't do it. That they don't carry that watch and cannot be liable for it. What does that even mean? It's a Michael Kors watch! And you didn't ask me any other questions than that when I called earlier.
She said I could take it to a jeweler and pay extra to get the links removed and that was it.
I'm honestly so mad about this visit that I will probably not be shopping MK for a while and I am an avid MK shopper (handbags, watches, wallets). I will definitely NEVER go back to this store. Their customer service is seriously lacking.
