I've been getting my nails done here for months but now I'm not sure if I'll ever go back again. The service here has been a hit or miss for me. Some women are amazing & friendly, while others are very cold & standoffish. My nails usually turn out pretty good. I love the decor in the place & they have a ton of colors to choose from.
The reason I'm rating it so low is because my last experience was horrible. I wanted my nails done acrylic w/ a gel polish & the women kept up charging me for everything I wanted. Special gel acrylic $5, 2 nails with glitter polish $5, coffin shape $5. I was okay with it because that's what I wanted & as long is my nails are done correctly & last then I'm fine paying for good quality.
After my nails were done they looked amazing, until the day after when 1 nail completely broke off where my real nail ended. Then day 2 another nail broke. A couple days later 2 more broke. All at the same length. I don't have a hand heavy job. I wasn't doing anything crazy. 1 snapped off putting my hair in a ponytail. The other broke putting my seat belt on & the other 2 I just noticed were gone.
In less than a week my $60 nails were destroyed. I never went back because the lady that did my nails took off my old acrylics, which hurt like a b****. She just manually took them off without soaking them at all. I ended up cutting & filing the acrylic myself & letting the nails grow out, so I could take my own acrylics off. Not sure if I'll ever go back again.
