Bought a mani/pedi set off Groupon, and made an appointment to get our nails done with my mom and sister. We made sure to tell them that we wanted an appointment all at the same time. However, when we got there, they informed us that one of the stylists was 'running late' and that she would be over in 5 minutes. 30 minutes later, my mom and sister were halfway through their manicure and my lady was still nowhere to be seen, yet they still insisted that she would be right over. Got tired of waiting after 45 minutes, cancelled my appointment and left. Complained to the front desk multiple times but they didn't do anything about it. I would've at least appreciated an honest estimate of time. They have nice facilities but the service is horrible. Not worth it!
