I've lived in numerous apartment communities over the years, and Greystar Property Management and the Avana McCormick Ranch are without a doubt the BEST.
For context, I lived in the Avana McCormick Ranch Apartments for 18 months. I was initially enticed by Scottsdale's best neighborhood, McCormick Ranch, and the offer of affordable rent. With that said, if anything my high expectations were exceeded! I can speak from experience, that the Avana McCormick Ranch management is extremely accommodating not to mention personable.
In conclusion, do yourself a favor and move to the Avana McCormick Ranch. You will be hard pressed to find anywhere else in Scottsdale that positively compares.
