I came to spend my birthday here not too long ago. I had an amazing experience. The lobby was very friendly and helpful. The hotel in general has a modern and classy look, everything was clean and organized when I first entered the room. I forgot to leave the key inside the room and did not realize so until the next day. I was extremely terrified that they would have charged me an extra day but they said it was fine since it happens often at the hotel. I would definitely come back to this fabulous resort
