The experience I had today at Lexus of Henderson was exceptional! First I set my appointment via their website, that was followed by a confirmation email the following day. Once I got there I was greeted quickly by a service valet. Once inside I spoke with David Torrella the service manager who made me feel like I was family! My service loaner was waiting and off I went. When I returned they got me in and out of there so quickly I was just absolutely floored by the convenience and efficient service provided by everyone from the valet to the service managers. Can't say enough about them. Hands down the best service department in Las Vegas or Henderson.
