There follow up on lost baggage is a joke. Received one bag but not the other. 4 hours later after my phone died they leave a message the luggage is found and for me to return the call. Call the number they left me only to have to call another number. On hold 30 minutes and counting. Not happy.. I have a flight to catch in 9 hours. Where is my luggage????
