I've been using Lyft and Uber for a few months depending on who is closer. I like having someone who knows Charlotte, can have a nice conversation, and doesn't talk/text while driving me.
Recently I have seen a huge decrease in service on Uber from cars with body filler, calling people during the ride, having signs begging for tips.
I have never had an experience like that on Lyft so I am all Lyft all the time now!
