Tod Hale at CSL just sold me a car and I couldn't be happier with the whole process. He is kind, funny, makes it easy to do the whole financing process, etc. I honestly feel like he cares if I leave feeling like I got just what I needed for a fair price in a low-pressure way. And I did!
As you can see, I am updating a review from 2012 now in 2018. I went back to Tod for my new Toyota 4Runner. So, basically, I went back to the same person 6 years later because my experience was so positive the last time and I must say just as great this time. I did not even bother going to a traditional car dealership this time. You shouldn't either. Let Tod handle them if he needs to. He will find what you are looking for even if they do not have it in inventory at the moment.
