Realtor who helped me sell my home was friendly, provided good comps and helped me price my home well, though I did push for a bit higher price, which we got within 3 days of listing.
However, the Realtor gave advice and responded to questions inaccurately and with unreliable facts. She did not take ethics complaints seriously, and they were not resolved in any fashion.
When I posted questions (I asked my Realtor) and scenarios (experienced with my Realtor) on Trulia the consistent feedback was inconsistent and oftentimes opposite what I was told and experienced with my Realtor.
