STAY AWAY!!! DO NOT LET THEM WORK ON YOUR HOUSE!!!
I bought a door, had them come CUSTOM measure my house, listened to Rocco M. as to how they are selling such wonderful products and they are saving me so much, What a load of crap... I should have installed the door myself or at least gone to a real door company. They installed a door smaller than my old one and filled the gaps with a spacer and 5" wide moldings. The threshold is a tripping hazard and the door is a piece of crap, my house looked better before my new "UPGRADE".
I went as far up the ladder as you can I complained to "Executive Customer Service"... sounds impressive, but it is not either, the get the store to refund 20-30% and act like you should be the happiest customer ever. They still made money and screwed me and stuck me with a door I will have to replace again to make it look right. They will do the same to you. Since my issue I have now had 3 other people tell me about install issues with Lowe's.
Run away fast from these guys spend your money and get a real contractor. I thought at my age I didn't have to do the work myself to get it right, I can afford to pay someone now... Apparently that doesn't matter. Lowe's is a ripoff all the way around.
The salesman lie, the managers don't care, and Executive customer support is a joke department to make you feel like you are getting to someone important.
If you aren't happy after you shop here, I WARNED YOU!!!!!
