I would like to start that I think the cupcakeATM is an awesome idea. Even though the cake part is just par (definitely nothing special) the icing is pretty good. Now service! Awful!!! Where do these people get their training? Where is thier supervision? I don't pay $5 for a cupcake. I pay $5 for the cupcake and experience. If you are still reading, let me tell you that a Sprinkles staff member was tossing around chairs because she was frustrated and hit my 70 year old mother with a chair. I will NEVER pay another cent for a product at Sprinkles.
