I should have listened to the reviews but I didn't. I thought how bad can it really be, you buy they install done. Well, they sell crap and their service is even crappier. Our microwave broke in the first week. Instead of coming to replace it, they are making me wait an unreasonable amount of time to have their service people look at it first. My thoughts....it broke in the first week so it's obviously a dud so don't fix it replace it!!!! The other appliances suck too. Fridge makes loud noises and oven takes forever to heat up and the timer is a whisper on both oven and microwave. Other than the look of the professional series there isn't anything professional about these appliances. I think they don't have the buying power they claim which reduces the price, it's cheaper versions made just for Spencer's to sell. No different than Walmart in my opinion. You won't get a return call if you try, you can't speak to anyone but who sold it to you, and the installers chipped my damn front door. Do yourself a favor and listen to the awful reviews. Piece of junks appliances and I paid a lot of money for too.
