I have been here a few times, the first few times I just wanted to try different people there. The first time I went, I got a plain shellac manicure, the next few days it started peeling. The second time was the same thing with a different lady doing my nails. Then I went in one day and the lady that usually sits at the front did my nails and I loved it. I took her name and tipped her. Two weeks later i called in to make an appointment with her for 1pm the day before (just to be sure), I got there at 12:55 and told the ladies there that I booked with Lisa, they said Lisa isnt here but she will be there in 10 minutes. I understood that she could be out getting things so I waited. 1:15 rolled around and the ladies called Lisa and told me another 10 minutes. By this point i got a little impatient (I was in a rush since I had plans after). Lisa didnt get in until around 1:30pm, she said sorry and I was okay after that. The last time I went there, I booked TWO days ahead for Lisa and they confirmed. The day I went in, the ladies saw me and asked me if I was okay with someone else doing my nails because Lisa was at HOME and would take 20 minutes to get there. I just walked out.
What is the point of booking an appointment if the don't BOOK it for you? I admit Lisa was good at doing nails but having to book and not see her there TWICE just made me turn away.
