I live in Henderson. We have some pretty tough water. I needed a filtration and softener system. I shopped around and even bought a system that was guaranteed to work with my house online. Unfortunately, it didn't work out from the entry pipe size perspective. Steven gave me a range of options due to the extreme size of the entry pipe into my home. He costed out each one of them clearly and concisely. He came out the next day and installed the system. It's been a few days. There are no leaks. The water pressure upstairs has returned. The filter & softener works exactly like we wanted. The whole team that was here were extremely polite, knowledgeable about they system they were installing plus the city's code requirements, listened to my concerns, answered my questions with complete examples, detail oriented ( repaired the cleaning pipe drain, solved the narrow pipe width problem, repaired the entry pipe, etc..), and validated the entire system before they left despite the late hour. They didn't leave a mess anywhere even while they worked. They were here on time, came in under budget, and did awesome work. I would recommend them to anyone.
