I was very pleased to find out this cute spot was open until midnight! Actually, I wouldn't go as far to call it cute unless I was talking about the desserts. The better words would be 'totally hipster'.
For an hour to closing, they still had a decent variety of treats which was great since our purpose of going was for dessert. They might have been pricey, but they were definitely worth it.
I loved how they served us our desserts and coffee on a nicely presented platter. It made a simple outing seem very nice which instantly improved my mood! In addition, the crowd around us was very friendly. There were even two guys next to us who shared their macaroon assortment with me. Thanks random dudes!
My experience here overall was great, so why only 4 stars? Well the music was just as loud as the crowd of people. Also, I didn't like how I had to walk over to a small station to get creamer and sugar for my coffee. And when I did go over to the station, it was poorly stocked considering the full house of people. This included barely any sugar cubes left (yes, sugar cubes.. I told you it was hipster) and what seemed to be CLUMPY creamer. That was very unappetizing to my midnight treat.
But other than the coffee station, the place was great. Awesome people, awesome desserts, and wow how could I not mention the array of wine and champagne?! Great spot for a relaxing night and can't wait to pop in again.
