I bought a BMW here in April 2015. I really like the car and felt that I got a fair price. My dissatisfaction comes from the company's failure to register my car in a timely manner. I signed all the papers and gave them my credit card to charge but nothing happened for over a month. I made a couple of calls to my sales rep and was told that everything is fine and the company they contract with for registrations is "a little backed up". Long story short, they did finally get the registration completed but was past the 30 day DMV deadline. Result: I had to pay a $67 penalty because they were late. I pointed this out to several different levels of "customer service" people and requested a refund of my $67. The silence was deafening. Most recently the General Manager himself emailed me and promised to rectify things immediately. That's been 3 weeks. Nothing. My recommendation is that if you buy a car from this company, do your own registration. You cannot rely on them to do it right.
