I had been going to this place for some time and was pleased with their work. Originally I was having pedicures and then I tried gel nails on my finger nails and for me they didn't last that long so I then went to try acrylic nails. I loved them and had been back three times to have them refilled. Before Christmas I spent $95 in their shop. After Christmas I went back and had decided that I would take the acrylics off for awhile because I couldn't afford them at the time. Anyway they clearly didnt want to help me from the minute I walked in. Finally an older nail tech took me to her station and started picking at the acrylic nail with a new acrylic nail to get the old ones off. I told her that she was hurting me but she carried on. I then said I thought that you were supposed to take them off by soaking them with acetone. She said that would take too long but reluctantly went and got the stuff to do that. In between soaking them she filed them down with the dremil thing. She hurt me twice. After she got the stuff off my nails were such a mess. She did nothing to help make them look decent in any way. Basically after she realized I wasn't having any other services there she didn't want to know. I feel like they are in it for a quick buck which is a shame because they lost a good costumer. I tried contacting them on facebook and I have emailed them but have had no reply from them. I know a lot of people who think they are great. I just feel that some of their staff either need retraining or they need to go. I won't be back.
