My son went to speak to Robert about his alignment which was missing nuts and pins lucky he didn't get in car accident. This still has to be solved but in the mean while Robert was busy with another complaint that he asked since he bought all new tired they where the last to screw in the lugs. He needed one that was to hard to take off and the person broke it...like literally broke the screw off. They said they are not responsible and can't do anything about it. REALLY you brake it then replace it...still need the alignment issue to be resolved missing castle nut and cotter pin. Who does this...Robert needs to call us to resolve this bad customer service not taking responsibility look up Donny Tia and call very disappointed
