Had my wedding ceremony and reception here 12/31/10. Had the best experience I could ever ask for. I've been to many weddings and the food (perhaps I'm biased) but was insanely good. The hotel rooms are a bit outdated and could use a makeover, (including our room, the presidential suite) but the service set the hotel a part from any other place I've stayed. ALL of the staff encountered treated us with respect and catered to every single whim. If we had a complaint they were on top of it and went above and beyond to ensure we were overly satisfied. Christina Deroshia was a pleasure to work and helped ease and guide us along. Even though the hotel rooms are older, the lobby and reception areas (and bar!) are modern and fresh looking. When visiting multiple times, the staff was painting or cleaning and doing some sort of upkeep. I highly recommend Wyndham at Playhouse for anyone looking for a reception and or ceremony venue.
