These guys are awesome! Especially Luis. We were passing thru on our way to Colorado and our plastic underpanel starting coming off because a jiffy lube in Santa Monica did not replace three screws after we got an oil change there. Luis said stop in, we'll make good and fix it and he did, and he did it within minutes in 109 degree heat! And he even refused to take a tip!! Thanks Luis! Next time we need an oil change we'll schedule it for our next Colorado trip, which we do each month, and drop by for a pro job! Viva Jiffy Lube Las Vegas!!!
