Actually didn't even get to use this service as the lady on the phone was too intent on arguing with me about calling me back. Initially I was excited but seeing no reviews, hesitant. Initially I called on Saturday,
Me: I would like to schedule a cleaning I bought through Amazon local.
Lady: ok when you like to schedule
Me: how's Sunday?
Lady: no, we don't work Sunday.
Me: ok how about Monday?
Lady: no Monday is booked up.
Me: ok how about Tuesday?
Lady: no, Tuesday is booked.
Me: ok well then let me know when your next opening is.
Got a voicemail Saturday night saying I was on schedule for Tuesday but not sure of the time. I was gonna get a call back Monday morning or night to confirm time on Tuesday. Heard nothing Monday or Tuesday. I called again and all I got was a lady trying to argue that she called me and left a voice mail and I never called back. I don't want any dishonest people in my home. If you can't be honest about calling you're probably not gonna be honest around my personal belongings. Stay away.
