Been here a few times and is the best Taiwanese food joint in toronto in my opinion. The minced pork rice, popcorn chicken, stinky tofu are all pretty good. Although not exactly up to par with the nightmarket food in Taiwan, mama bear is a very good option for Taiwanese food in Toronto. I've been to papa changs numerous times as well but the closer proximity, ample seating gives mama bear the edge.
