Seems to me almost every single review I read whether on line or thru the yelp app (which is where I currently am) the vast majority are all extremely positive & boast about wonderful customer service, & on time business practice. I called this business approx 2 weeks ago, left a message on a Thursday afternoon, approx 2:30-3:00 latest. Explained my situation, stated I needed a call back asap so I could try & get my life back in order. I did not get a return call, so I called again the same day, slightly before 5:00. Left another message. Still nothing. 2 days later I called again, left a 3rd message, & as of this writing I have never received a call back. So it frustrates me that everyone speaks so highly about customer service & I can't even get a return phone call. I'm still dealing with this issue, although it is far far better than it was, but it has been a lot of manual wrk on my part, & I truly wanted to see if they would help us determine if we have this under control or need further help. Guess I keep thumbing threw the yellow pages essentially till I find someone who can return a phone call &/or help. ******Udate********or maybe not! STILL NO RESPONSE FROM ANYONE WITH THIS COMPANY! I am happy to say I rid myself of this issue I had, with a lot of hard wrk, a lot of time, & a lot of due diligence. Definitely will not recommend a company that doesn't even return calls to someone desperately looking for assistance in a desperate situation.
