8/16/2105 After test riding the Easy Motion Street at Kozy's in Chicago, I wasn't entirely happy with the size or service so I reached out to Lenny from Crazy Lenny's in Madison, WI. by sending him an email inquiring about his Easy Motion line of e-bikes. Not only did he reply within 24 hours, he personally called my cell and left a message. When I did call, we spent 45 minutes on the phone answering the rapid fire questions I kept asking him. He invited me to visit today for a special customer appreciation day to talk to the Easy Motion rep ( who was quite helpful). I was early and within ten minutes I was on the bike trail testing the City Wave step thru and top tube models. Employee Evan and young assistant Keegan were extremely helpful, considerate and catered to any or all requests including water the 90 degree temps. Lenny checked in often to see how things were doing. I drove out of the lot with an Easy Motion City at a price Kozy's wouldn't even consider! The Easy Motion rep told me of future improvements of their line of bikes which makes Lenny's exchange program appealing if I wish to upgrade in the next few years. Well worth looking into this bike shop and an easy drive from Chicago. Thank you Lenny and your wonderful staff! Teacher Chris from Chicago
