My nail lady was closed today and one of my nails had chipped so my impatient self could not wait an extra day.Big mistake..I go to Csn so i just quickly drove down the street&found this place.To start i walked in chose my color sat down and the man doing my nails said maybe 5 words to me the most.Pretty akward to me because i just got the feeling he didnt even want to work on them.Okay next..he finished filing&cuting my cuticles "Go wash your hands,no soap." Got it. I head back, sit down and now another young lady was going to do my polish..mm ok not sure why when the man was just sitting there.Great now i have to tip both of them because regardless how crappy the customer service is i hate to be that person.Anywho she did my polish and it was okay i got glitter on my ring fingers &it came out Lumpy.My BIGGEST pet peeve. My nails werent even shaped, maybe because he asked me if i wanted them cut and i said no.?Who knows the girl did ask me if the shape was okay but i honestly just wanted to leave of how umcofortable i felt To end i probably wont be coming back to this place it didn't seem clean and for a $33 plus $7 tip gel manicure it definetely was not worth it my nail lady charges $36 with a hot towel massage and all brand new sanitary tools.This place was a joke.I wont be surprised if i have chipped nails within the next few days. Im glad they give their loyal customers good service they should work on trying to get the new ones in.
