I was in a pinch on a flip just prior to closing. The home inspection found roots and cracks in the 65-year old sewage lines under the asphalt driveway and behind the house to the main sewer line. The buyers preferred contractor (who claims to be lower cost because he is not one of the big nationwide franchises) quoted $18,000 to do the repairs under the garage and driveway with their trenchless service and replace the old line behind the house. I have a preferred plumber who can be found in Franklin Park that always does great work at an honest price for me but he doesn't do the trenchless repairs. I asked if he would do the end of driveway to the main if I could find another plumber to do the trenchless work and he said yes. I contacted several plumbers in the area including the buyers preferred plumber (who claims to be the best in the business) and no one was interested. When I reached out to the professionals at KW they immediately accepted my request. In the end the plumbing problems were repaired withing one week and I saved $8,000 over the original quote. I would recommend them to anyone after that camera test comes back with an $18,000 quote.
