It's really a bummer that I'm posting this because my family and I have taken all of our pets to Dr. Montana for the past 20 years and I've referred many friends to his office. However, the past couple visits with him he's put a bad taste in my mouth and I've decided to no longer continue to take my pets to him. Not sure where his passion has gone for his business and animals, but the way he speaks to his clients in response to general questions has become rude and insincere. My past visit really gave me reassurance of it. And when I say insincere he literally told me that the reason why I was told to come in by his desk lady was because it's her job to make sure he has a full schedule, not because there's actually any concern for my animal although there were clearly issues with my dog. He instead will laugh at your questions, tell you that they don't matter in a passive aggressive and sarcastic way, and then have a debate about how he knows everything, yet contradict himself by saying he's not a specialist. I'm no longer a fan and looking at some of the other reviews posted I'm not the only one who has experienced such horrible service. So thanks Dr. Montana, but I'll take my business else where. BTW this is a review I'm posting 4 months after the fact and I'm still in shock. And I've made better progress researching things myself than the half ass answers dr Montana had given me . So save yourself the time and money and find a vet who truly cares for your fur baby.
