This is a very good Holiday Inn Express because it's one of the motels close to the big Epic Campus and trainees are flown in here from all over North America then temporarily housed here. Otherwise not near anything else, traffic on the Beltway can make this a somewhat inconvenient location if you have business, shopping, or dining interests downtown Madison or on UW-Madison Campus. When my brother stays here, he can easily use Lyft or Uber to get him to KJs Curry House for authentic Sri Lankan food, otherwise I have to pick him up. There's a convenient shuttle to and from Madison Airport (MSN). Since the hotel isn't near much else, it's quiet so you can sleep well for what is apparently a pretty challenging training program at Epic. The hotel itself is new, clean, well staffed and well managed. In fact, this might be the best managed Holiday Inn I've ever encountered.
