Meat! Meat! Meat!
And I am not talking about the male review! My favorite steak restaurant by far. I see from the reviews most feel the same as I do, however, there are a few people out there that seem to not realize that when you roast a steak the size of a small roast, i.e., 2+ pounds it will be more reminiscent of a prime rib, where extremely flavorful on the exterior and tender but less flavorful in the center. No problem! They have a million was to dress it up. Everything from A-1 to chimichurri, but that is not to say that the meat is bland. IT IS FAR from bland! And don't get me started on the Brazilian cheese bread, or the most sophisticated salad bar I have ever seen! The gauchos remember you and treat you like family!
