As I'm typing this review, I'm listening to the drilling and construction taking place right above our room. There was no warning or even the courtesy to mention that they would be doing some type of renovation. This started at 7am. Needless to say, I'm up and ready to check out already. I wish I could've slept in but that isn't happening even with earplugs. The upgraded room is not even an upgrade. It is a shiesty way of luring you in to think that it is an upgrade. The supposed non smoking floor reeks of smoke right from the elevator as if the air ducts are flowing air straight from the smoking floors. The room smelled like someone just left after smoking a pack. Avoid the super long lines at check in, the lack of customer service and personality from the staff, and save your money. Go elsewhere. It was not a pleasant experience.
