I love this place - the drinks are so good and appear healthier than the competition in the area. I want to thank Kat M. for her great review otherwise I would never have known Liquid Nutrition existed. Drinks come in a few categories - meal replacements, wellness, protein drink, detox and juices. Drinks range from 150 calories to high 300's for meal replacements which tend to come with oats, honey and protein powder - very filling. They must have upwards of 30 different options to pick from priced in the $4 - $6 range. I loved everything I tried so far - The Glow, Rise n' shine and Joy. All were incredibly satisfying. Fresh fruit and veggies include carrots, kale and beets. You can add supplements to your drink as well ($.50 to $2). I added Omega 3 each time but they have about 20 different supplement options (i.e. green tea extract, various vitamin packs and select proteins if not already in your drink). I'm not your typical health guy at all..... so if I like it - I bet you will too. I decided to replace my morning $5 Starbucks coffee with Liquid Nutrition. After a week, I feel better already (and don't feel as guilty when I drink my beloved beer). BK
