Worst customer service ever. All the employees looked like zombies that hated their job. No one asked my friends and I if we needed help and I had to flag down a lady working there if she could show me where the makeup setting spray was. She waved her hand, said she was busy and asked her coworker to take care of it for me. The guy who was supposed to help me literally looked like he rolled out of bed with a ragged black shirt and frayed khaki capris? He didn't know what he was doing and scoured the whole shop, opening every cabinet. When he finally found it, he handed it to me without saying a word. I've noticed that Mac Cosmetics has slowly declined in customer service. It's like this at other locations I've been to such as the shop in Townsquare. The employees seem distant and unwilling to help you. Step up your game because you're losing customers.
