My home warranty company sent this company out to fix a clogged drain. They did not show up in the window they gave (1:00-3:00). I called at 3:30 and was told that their employee was on his way to my home and would be calling me within the next few minutes to confirm an arrival time. When I had not heard anything by 4:45 I called the company back only to find they were closed. At 5:00pm I received a call from the employee who was supposed to come out to my house saying he would not be able to make it today. I stated that I would have the home warranty company send someone else due to the lack of communication and he hung up on me. Incredibly rude and unprofessional company. Running late isn't a problem, not updating a customer who's been at home waiting for your arrival and hanging up on her is.
