This used to be the grocery store of choice for me and my house mates so I've shopped here quite a bit. To be blunt I'm glad we switched to another store.
What Metro has going for it is a pretty decent selection. There was never really anything I wanted that I wasn't able to find. However the prices are just way too high on practically everything. One time an employee even suggested we shop in Kensington because it was a lot cheaper. Eventually we followed that advice and have been far more satisfied.
Unless you haven't been able to find a good alternative or need a huge selection of groceries I'd recommend shopping elsewhere.
