What the heck, I don't see these reviews to be helpful or accurate.
First of all, 3 dogs of that type are service dogs? Well, okay, but anyone can buy a service pet certificate online, curious what type of service requires 3 dogs. Probably best you didn't get the place from the sounds of it anyway. But as far as Tim & his associates, I have not had the same experience as you when it comes to dogs, so I am thinking that had nothing to do with it, and the dogs I am talking about were not service dogs, just dogs. Wasn't even an issue.
To the others who applied and didn't get it, well, it does cost to run a check on credit and time to confirm income, I paid $75.00, and it probably helps keep the rift raft from applying.
I have had nothing but a great experience with Tim and his team.
I am currently working with them and continue to have a great rental experiences.
