We were traveling from California to Nevada and we spun out on the freeway ending up in a gravel filled embankment. The car was making a loud grinding noise so we took it to Brake Masters. They immediately looked at our car and removed a bunch of gravel that was wedged in the brakes. The customer service was great and he put us at ease about the situation. When something unexpected like that happens people don't plan on being in a unfamilar place so far from home with a car problem. The manager made us feel comfortable and it was very much appreciated in such a stressful situation... we were able to enjoy the rest of our trip ....Thanks Again!!!
