Was a customer for years when Becky owned the business. Assumed I would continue to get great service. Took a top in that needed some snaps added to it. I was instructed to go to a local store to purchase the snaps I needed. Ran around to two different stores to purchase the snaps, only to be told by the owner they were the wrong snaps and to keep looking. Really? She doesn't have snaps in stock or with her business, cannot obtain the ones I needed? Never could find the snaps on my own. Won't be back.
