TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. We purchased tickets for the 7:30pm show last night. once at the hotel we we searched to find someone who knew where the show was located. finally the girl at the front desk told us to go to the 2nd floor. we did, we walked all around the 2nd floor, no signs or information. returned to the lobby, again no one knew anything about the show. finally about 7pm there were 8 of us all wondering around looking for the show. it was like crazy.... once we returned to the hobby again, 3 people decided to leave and we followed them out. unfortunately we also purchased tickets for the Elvis show on Thursday. but will never return to this hotel. such a waste of our money and time.
