I called in the morning or 4/9 to schedule a time to get AC working (note: it's about 93 degrees today). The lady from the office called me back later in day to let me know the repairman would be closer to 7 PM (originally a 4-7 PM window). I thought this was great, rarely do You get courtesy calls like that. NO repair man showed up. I then call the office and they have the after hours guy call me. The after hour guy let's me know there is an extra charge for after hours service (ummm sir this was not supposed to be after hours but you guys dropped the ball...) so he shows up and temporarily fixes issue (charges me $268 to put a common wire on the unit). The one thing that saved this company was the professional and kindness that the technician Eric showed. He was very knowledgeable and an absolute class act.
