I came to this Shoppers before to buy some cream. I was told that i could return the the cream "any time" by one of the cosmetics associates. So when i tried to return the cream, i was told that i could not because i purchased it over a month ago. I told the associate that i was told i could return it anytime as per instruction of one of the associates. I was then shown the back of the receipt that products purchased are to be returned within 30 days. Today i went back to shoppers to buy sonething else and this time i asked specifically about the return policy. The associate from the cosmetic dept told me that i could return the items "any time". I then repeated "anytime...so no time limit." Then she said "no, it says at the back of the receipt to do so within 30 days." I then told her that she shouldn't have said "anytime" when asked. She then said i should read the receipt. I really have issue with that. What if i can't read?! What if i have eye problems?! Her initial answer was so misleading. And it's not just her. I came across the same answer before, and now i am stuck with the cream that i can't returned. Shady.
