I'm really shocked at the bad reviews... I've never been to a better pet store and have been a happy customer for years. (Reader beware, those "bad reviews" could likely be from a competitor) I've been to the few exotic pet stores in Las Vegas and Exotic Pets is the one I come back to time after time. My only constructive criticism is to update the return policy to something more customer-friendly. Yes you may save a few dollars by having a no-return policy, but if I went to another pet store instead of this one that would be the reason I switched.
