I have taken my car here quite a bit. My impression is that they know their stuff and they generally fix it right the first time. They are very accommodating on the phone and straight-forward about when they can get things done. I think they are honest. Their prices are not always the best, but I don't fight over price if I know everything is going to be done right. There might have been one time where I had to bring something back. The labor rate is $85/hour, but I don't think they fudge the number of hours. I usually ask my very knowledgeable friends before I take my car in so I understand the situation as well as possible. There have been a couple times where I wondered if they did a little more work than was necessary, but overall, I'm pretty sure they are straight shooters. In fact, a couple times they did some minor work without charging me. I also remember getting a really good price when I had to replace my radiator. I think most of their customers are old-school Chandler folks. I know people who have been going for years. That's a good sign. I have been taking my 2000 Hyundai Elantra here for about 4 years, mostly for routine stuff. I guess the fact that I have had very few surprise repairs is a pretty good sign.
