Hoping somebody in charge or higher up reads this comment/review. I have lived in the Las Vegas Valley for the last 46 years. I have recently started having issues with volume during shows broadcasting on channel 5. I find this quite ridiculous as the commercials are still loud and noisy but the but Broadcast itself is completely mute. Who fixes these problems? Is anybody else having this issue? I live in the Summerlin area, I have a brand new smart TV that works just fine. It is not my cable provider and it is not my TV. So my question is, what gives?! Please respond one way or another.
