Pretty pissed; Had a scheduled appointment w/these guys to do a check-up on my heater that came w/a plan I paid for when I had my A/C maintained at the beginning of summer. I took the day off to accommodate my scheduled appointment set between 12:00pm-3:00pm. It is 3:21pm & no courtesy call, nothing to let me know they're running late, or even reschedule. Undependable! Wasted my ENTIRE day of leave I cannot get back. I could've done errands that I could've done before Thanksgiving tomorrow! Thanks for nothing & wasting my time. One very unimpressed & upset customer! **UPDATE! This company just went out of business!!!!! No wonder; they suck!!**
