I really hate giving a bad review, but if I can help someone save $20 then it's worth it. I had some time to kill before a movie, so I thought I'd treat myself to a manicure. I really wish I'd checked Yelp first! Let me preface this by saying that the manicurist seemed like a sweet girl, and she was polite and trying hard - but she gave me the worst manicure I've ever had, ever. I think I may have been her first one? It took almost ten minutes removing my old polish, at one point I almost offered to do it myself. She trimmed my nails into misshapen, sharp messes, rubbed apricot scrub onto my hands and then wiped it off with a wet Kleenex. Never a towel or cloth, just tons of tissues. It was bizarre! One coat of polish, all over my cuticles which she attempted to clean up with a dry Qtip. This whole mess took almost an hour and a half. I knew from the second I sat down that this was going to be a mistake, and I was right. She was a very young girl, maybe even a teenager...not a trained aesthetician. She didn't know how much they charged for a manicure- leading me to believe that she's never done this before. Ugh!
