Horrible experience! They were very pushy, rude and refused to work with my insurance, even though they are contracted with them. They even went as far as to say "most people who come here don't care about insurance and just want the work done." Well, most people I know do care about insurance first as dental work is not cheap!!! I found them to be the " meat market of perio dentists" and all they seem to care about was the money, certainly not the patient. They may have nice fancy offices, but I don't care about how an office is decorated. I care about the capabilities, skills/knowledge, behavior from everyone sitting at the front desk to the surgeons/nurses.
