A friend and I went to the grand reopening, and we were supposed to be invited with the media (to arrive an hour before the event started) but nothing was set up for media when we arrived, so we went in and just bought some donuts. There were a few people in line to buy donuts, so it wasn't particularly busy, but I guess they were behind on their setup because staff was scrambling everywhere and obviously stressed out. We each bought a few donuts, and my friend ordered a coffee, which 3 people forgot to get for her even though we were standing there waiting for it and asked several times if they were going to pour her a cup of coffee. By the time we went back into the parking lot, the media tent was there and someone had brought out a tray of donuts for photos, but it was still very disorganized, there weren't samples, and the lady who checked us in was apparently super stressed out and a little rude. The donuts we purchased were good, but after the chaos, the disorganization, and the treatment, I'm unimpressed. There are plenty of other great donut shops in Las Vegas that will continue to get my business, and neither me nor my friend stuck around to wait for the media tend to get it together. I won't return.
