As a property goes, the leasing staff and maintenance staff are wonderful. The property is well kept and maintained. The apartments are all remodeled and spacious. My only complaints are how certain residents treat accommodations, and services we are forced to pay for. For example, what were once high quality grills, have been used and abused beyond repair. The ceramic top to the burners are shattered, and the propane timer knobs are either missing or severely damaged. The services we have no choice but to pay for is the valet garbage program. You are charged $25 a month for a service that you can only use Monday-Thursday, during the evening. The time in the evening can be a gamble if they're on time or not. Furthermore, if you do not bring in your bin first thing in the morning, you face a fine larger than the service you are being charged for. On top of that, e-mail blasts about this issue, and other things will spam your inbox. Aside from a few minor issues, this is the best property I have lived at.
